On April 10, 2005 at 2 PM the Rt. Rev. Katharine Jefferts Schori, Bishop of the Diocese of Nevada ordained Sandra McCarroll to the transitional deaconate.

 After the Presentation of the Ordinand, the Litany for Ordinations, and the Ministry of the Word, The Rev Kay Rohde gives the Sermon |
 Sandy is consecrated as a Deacon. |

 Sandy is now vested as a Deacon by The Rev Deacon Shirley Putz. |
 The new deacon is presented to the attending clergy and the congregation. |
 After preparing the table, the new deacon assists Bishop Katharine with Communion. Retable flowers were designed by Roy Thomas. |
